Building Management Systems

Sensors that wire directly to your BMS controller — standard Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP outputs, no proprietary gateways, compatible with every major platform.

What a BMS needs to measure

A building management system's effectiveness depends entirely on the quality and density of its sensor inputs. The controller is only as smart as the data it receives. In most commercial buildings, four measurement types account for the majority of BMS sensor points:

  • Differential pressure — duct static, VAV box pressure, filter condition monitoring and fan speed control signals
  • CO₂ concentration — room and duct sensors for demand-controlled ventilation, reducing fresh-air energy waste in unoccupied spaces
  • Temperature and humidity — zone T+RH for comfort control, dew-point monitoring and HVAC setpoint sensing
  • Air quality — CO₂, VOC, temperature and humidity in one device for WELL and LEED IAQ point compliance

All AgControlli BMS sensors output standard 4–20 mA, 0–10 V or RS-485 Modbus RTU signals — wiring directly to any universal analogue input card or Modbus port on your controller without additional signal conditioning hardware.
