HART 7 for predictive maintenance

HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) allows simultaneous 4–20 mA analogue signal and digital communication over the same two-wire connection. A HART-enabled transmitter can send its process value to the DCS on the analogue loop while a maintenance technician reads diagnostics, calibration history and device status digitally — without breaking the loop or interrupting production.

Material selection for aggressive media

The right wetted material prevents premature failure and avoids product contamination. Standard 316L SS wetted parts handle most water, glycol, steam and light chemical service. For aggressive acids, caustics and chlorinated media, specify Hastelloy C or PTFE-lined options available on selected models.
